When collecting products on our main address, only cash payments are possible.
Complete bikes will not be shipped and can only be collected in our shop. This to ensure an optimal service regarding the configuration of the bike and the position of the client on the bike.
Shipping to the EU countries is processed via MyParcel, which makes use of the services of BPost.

How to return
You have to pack the product thoroughly (to prevent damage), foresee a valid stamp (low stamped mail is refused) and send it to our main address (see Information -> Contact us). Returning costs and risks are always for the account of the sender, unless there is a defect that is covered by the guarantee regulations (see Information -> Warranty).

The warranty terms and conditions are similar to those that are defined by the manufacturer of that product. In General, the guarantee is valid only for the first owner for a period of one year.
For components that are sensitive for wear like chains, cog wheels, cables, tires, braking pads,… there is a limited warranty: they are only eligible for warranty if the complaint could impossibly be caused by normal use. In case of doubt, the opinion of our vendor is determinative.
Defective goods, that rightly fall under the warranty will be repaired or replaced by the same or equivalent product.
The customer must carefully watch the warranty terms and conditions of the producer before the first use of the product. Warranty periods can be very different from product to product. Therefore, we refer to these warranty terms and conditions as the only binding deadline.
If you think that a component has a manufacturing error or early wear and tear, you can send the item to us (see Information –> Contact us) with an indication of the problem. We will then discuss with the manufacturer / supplier to see whether the defect is covered by waranty regulations.
Shipping costs and the responsibility for the transport from your address to us are carried by you. If the guarantee is recognised, the shipping costs for sending the replaced or repaired item back to you are carried by us, when the guarantee is not recognised, these costs will be for your account.
