What personal data we collect and why we collect it

CyCo uses your customer data solely for the purpose for which you provided them: process your orders as good as possible and inform you as good as possible about our services.
CyCo does not provide your personal information, and more specifically your e-mail address, to third parties, unless with your explicit consent.
You can view, change and delete your registered data via the login screen using the email address and password you have chosen.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact forms

When you contact us via the contact form on our website, only an email will be sent to us. Your data will not be collected in this process.

CyCo will not collect creditcard data on its own. CyCo relies on third parties like paypal or Pay.nl to realise the creditcard transactions. This data will only be stored or monitored by these parties and the responsibility for this data is on their side.

Who we share your data with

CyCo does not share any personal data with anyone.

How long we retain your data

When an order is placed, it is kept forever. This is necessary for warranty regulations and the granting of possible discounts.

When you leave a comment, that reaction and the metadata of that reaction are kept forever. In this way we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up reactions instead of moderating them.

For users who are registered on our website, we also store personal information in their user profile. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (the username can not be changed). Website administrators can also view and change this information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, have placed an order or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
