3Action Carbofruit contains neither fat nor fiber and has a low protein content, preventing gastrointestinal problems. Bars rich in fats, fibers, and proteins delay gastric emptying during exercise, cause gastrointestinal issues and slow down the supply of energy (carbohydrates). In addition, 3Action Carbofruit contains Palatinose, a unique glucose-fructose compound that prolongs energy release. Due to the combination of fast sugars and Palatinose, the body is quickly supplied with energy, and the fuel remains available to the body for longer.
