3Action Energy X-tra Bar is a tasty energy-rich cereal bar with added Guarana. It provides the body with the necessary energy for short and long efforts.

The bar is low in fat, protein, and fiber, which prevents gastrointestinal problems. Bars rich in fats, proteins, and fibers slow down gastric emptying during exercise, cause gastrointestinal issues, and thus slow down the supply of energy (carbohydrates). In addition, 3Action Energy X-tra Bar contains Palatinose, a unique glucose-fructose compound, which prolongs the energy release. Due to the combination of fast sugars and Palatinose, the body is quickly supplied with energy, and the fuel remains available to the body for longer. The added Guarana gives an extra energizing effect. 

The 3Action Energy X-tra Bar has a delicious Cookies-Chocolate flavour and a soft ‘bite’ but doesn’t melt in warm weather. It makes it an ideal bar for the warm summer months! It has a soft texture, does not stick, and is easy to eat before or during exercise. One bar contains 36g of carbohydrates and 30mg of sodium chloride.
